Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that my mind is normally half in the gutter, I don't know. All I know is that I just about burst out laughing when he said it. Priceless.

Well, -I- think it's pretty damn funny. There is a guy at my office who says "ping" all the time and he is NOT an IT guy and doesn't even know what it means--let alone make a double entendre out of it.
Good job with the smoking quitting. Did you ever get that cat suit?
